Child and adolescent well visits are necessary to track your child’s growth and development. Take a moment during summer break to be sure your child is up to date on their well-care visits and vaccines needed for the next school year. AHCCCS members ages 3-21 can earn a gift card for completing a well care visit this summer.
The child and adolescent well visits are at no cost to you, and you can earn a $25 gift card for completing the visit!
