Childhood Obesity
According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, 14.4 million children and teens have obesity. Childhood obesity is when a child or teen weighs more than expected for their age and height. This can lead to serious health problems, but obesity is a disease that can be treated. Talk to your child’s practitioner about any questions you may have.
