Electronic Transactions Coming Online

  • 270/271 – Get instant eligibility verification.
  • 835 – Receive electronic remittance information (ERAs) for automated posting.
  • 275 – Send claim attachments electronically (coming soon).
  • 278 – Submit and check authorization requests electronically (coming soon).

Getting Started with Availity in 3 Simple Steps

  1. Register with Availity

    Create your Availity account to begin accessing tools and transactions.

  2. Set Up Your EDI Connections

    Connect your practice management system (PM), electronic health record (HER), or clearinghouse to enable X12 Transactions
