Your BCBSAZ Health Choice Member Handbook will help you understand your AHCCCS Complete Care (ACC) benefits and how you can get help from BCBSAZ Health Choice. The Member Handbook is a great tool to learn about your health plan and what’s available to you. You may request a printed copy of the handbook or directories from member services at any time. We will mail you a copy at no cost to you. You can also bookmark any of our pages to refer back to them at any time. You can also print information from our website.   • BCBSAZ Health Choice offers an extensive network of doctors, hospitals and many other health care providers.
