AZ Blue in Action: Celebrate National Volunteer Month with Us!
April is National Volunteer Month – a time to celebrate the power of giving back and the people who love to help out. Whether it’s serving meals at a food bank, walking dogs at an animal shelter, or helping at a community event, every act of service adds up to something bigger.
Giving back is at the heart of everything we do at AZ Blue. In 2024, our employees volunteered more than 13,000 hours. And we haven’t slowed down this year!

- Miracle League of Arizona: We supported their mission of providing a fun and safe baseball experience for those with special needs.

2. Arizona Diaper Bank: We helped pack more than 4,000 diapers and 510 go-kits for families.

The power of giving back
Volunteering isn’t just about helping others – it’s about connection. It brings people together, strengthens communities, and even boosts your own well-being. Studies show that volunteering can reduce stress, increase happiness, and give you a sense of purpose. So, while you’re making a difference for someone else, you’re also doing something good for yourself.
