We've made it easier and more convenient for you to access your AZ Blue benefits!

1. Easy Login to Get Your Digital ID Card

Login to your account to access your ID Card multiple ways.

  • Download your digital credentials to your Android or Apple Wallet. Here's how.
  • Print a copy
  • Email a PDF or a screenshot

2. Show Your AZ Blue ID Card

Use your member ID (paper or plastic) card to make appointments with your doctor. If you are a renewing member with the same plan as last year, use your old member ID until the new one arrives.

3. Use Your Member ID Number

Your provider can still validate your eligibility without your member ID card. All they need is your full name, member number, and birthdate.
