Download your digital ID card

It’s easy to make sure you’re always using your newest ID card. Here’s how:

1. Digital: Update your digital ID card on your mobile device. Visit your member portal at azblue.com/member on your mobile device. From there, you can download, email, save or print your digital ID card to access care immediately.
2. Print: Use your printed ID card received in the mail for any care you need following your plan renewal date. Make sure to give providers your new member ID card and number.

New to AZ Blue and don’t have your ID card yet? To access your digital ID card before it arrives, register at azblue.com/member with your Social Security Number and date of birth.

If a claim is denied, you can call the Customer Service number on the back of your ID card or email MemberHelp@azblue.com to ask if the claim shows your most recent member ID number.
