Download your 2025 digital ID card

Your member ID may change when your plan renews in 2025.

To make sure your eligibility and claims are processed smoothly, please use your new ID card. Here’s how:

1. Digital: Update your digital ID card on your mobile device. Visit your member portal at azblue.com/member on your mobile device. From there, you can download, save or print your digital ID card to access care immediately.
2. Print: When a new member ID card arrives in the mail, use it for any care you need following your plan renewal date. Make sure to give providers your new member ID card and number.

New to AZ Blue and don’t have your ID card yet? To access your ID card before it arrives, register at azblue.com/member with your Social Security Number and date of birth.

If a claim is denied, you can call the Customer Service number on the back of your ID card or email MemberHelp@azblue.com to ask if the claim shows your most recent member ID number.
