Did you know that a 1095B form shows which months you had health care coverage. You may be used to getting this form in the mail every year.

You are NOT required to file this form with the IRS when you submit your tax return. And good news – thanks to the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act passed in December, health care carriers are no longer required to mail them to you!

You will no longer receive this form in the mail. If you would still like a copy, please call the Customer Service number on the back of your ID Card.
