Inspire 2023: AZ Blue Community Impact

Arizonans are known for their generosity and love of community. 

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona’s (AZ Blue’s) mission to inspire health and make it easy, has guided our efforts in making a tangible impact. Together, we have reached many thousands of people in Arizona. The people we serve include those at their most vulnerable moments. Most in need of life’s basics, many in need of health services, and all in need of kindness and support.

The 2023 AZ Blue Community Impact report reflects our commitment to inspiring health and building a brighter, more inclusive future. The stories featured are a testament to the collaborative spirit that drives our community forward.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each member of the AZ Blue family and to our partners. Our community is fortunate to be surrounded by an enormous amount of talent and compassion where hundreds of people wake each day to serve individuals in our state. 

While donating to improve our community is essential and tracking outcomes is a measure of success, at AZ Blue, we most cherish each opportunity to serve. It is the stuff of which a purposeful life is made from.

Recognizing that our work is far from complete, we remain committed to listening, learning, and leading with purpose. We are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and are eager to continue our journey alongside our members and our valued community partners.
