Mental Health in the Workplace

In 2022, the U.S. Surgeon General released a report on “Workplace Mental Health & Well-Being”. The report highlights the importance of workplaces building a strong foundation to support the mental health of their employees.

AZ Blue’s Health Promotion & Wellness team, together with our Clinical Care teams used this framework to create easy, actionable tools for managers and employees throughout Arizona. We have created online resources to support this four-part webinar series.
